Chocolate and Tahini Protein Balls

Gluten Free, Dairy Free

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Tahini (Hulled Tahini)

1/3 Cup Maple Syrup

1/2 Cup Chocolate Protein Powder

2 Tbsp Almond Meal

3 Tbsp Cacao Powder

1/2 Cup Soy Protein Crisps

Method:

Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix well and roll out into desired size. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.

Optional: Melt chocolate of your choice and coat balls in chocolate and top with a sprinkle of flaked sea salt or you could roll them in coconut.
